HIGH FREQUENCY DEHYDRATION VIBRATING SCREEN
The complete high frequency dehydration vibrating screen consists of a screen box, a vibration exciter and a shock absorption device. The vibration exciter is installed on the upper part of the screen box and is inclined at 45° with the screen box. The inclined vibration exciter is driven by a motor to generate an excitation force at 45° to the screen surface. Under the action of exciting force, the screen box makes a linear motion with a projection angle of 45°.
- Transmission device: the motor and the vibration exciter are connected by belt transmission, which is stable and reliable, and can reduce the impact of vibration on the motor.
- Vibration isolation device: steel coil spring is used as the vibration isolation device, which has the characteristics of safety, reliability and long service life.
- Vibration exciter: the high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen exciter is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and is driven by the motor through the V-belt to rotate. Because its rotating shaft is an eccentric shaft structure, it generates centrifugal inertial force while rotating, which forces The screen box generates periodic vibrations.
- Screen box: the high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen adopts a frame structure, the side plate adopts the whole plate cold work, no welding, high strength, long service life; the beam and the side plate are connected by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for maintenance; according to the screening depending on the requirements, the inclination of the screen surface can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring support; according to the requirements of material classification, the screen box has different structural forms such as single-layer screen, double-layer screen, and multi-layer screen.
