The surface of the screen is subjected to standard treatment: primer and intermediate coating , top coat, effective anti-corrosion. All connecting bolts use huck bolts; both the stainless steel wedge screen and the polyurethane screen surface are suitable for this flat screen structure, and the side extension part also meets the requirements; double proton vibration ensures the linear movement of the high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen; high G value , large processing capacity, good dehydration effect.

The complete high frequency dehydration vibrating screen consists of a screen box, a vibration exciter and a shock absorption device. The vibration exciter is installed on the upper part of the screen box and is inclined at 45° with the screen box. The inclined vibration exciter is driven by a motor to generate an excitation force at 45° to the screen surface. Under the action of exciting force, the screen box makes a linear motion with a projection angle of 45°.

  3. Vibration exciter: the high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen exciter is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and is driven by the motor through the V-belt to rotate. Because its rotating shaft is an eccentric shaft structure, it generates centrifugal inertial force while rotating, which forces The screen box generates periodic vibrations.
