1. Circular vibrating screen

2. Linear vibrating screen

The characteristics of the linear vibrating screen are high efficiency, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low power consumption, and no dust spillage during operation. It has good screening effect in dry and wet classification and dehydration of medium and fine materials. Therefore, this type of vibrating screen is widely used in light industry, metallurgy, coal and other industries.

When the linear vibrating screen is working, its power source is the vibration of the vibration motor. Under the combined action of the material’s own gravity and the exciting force, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, and then is screened out through the screen. The linear vibrating screen is generated by the double motor to generate the exciting force, so that the material is thrown up on the screen and moves forward in a straight line. It is mostly used for small mining or the screening of finer materials. The circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric block as the exciting force (its exciting force is relatively strong), and then performs circular motion, which is suitable for large-scale mining or screening of large materials. Generally, it is used to process materials of about 5mm. Compared with the linear vibrating screen, the efficiency will be higher.
