It is recommended that you use specific conditions, such as the purpose of the project, but in actual production operations, the processing capacity of the vibrating screen will be affected by the moisture content of the material and the production environment. By adjusting the angle of the vibrating screen, we can objectively control the processing capacity of the equipment. We often say that the angle of the vibrating screen can be divided into two types, one is the installation angle of the vibrating screen vibration motor, and the other is the screen surface angle of the vibrating screen equipment. Changes in these two angles will directly affect the output of the vibrating screen.
The influence of angle on the output of vibrating screen
1. The vibrating motor angle of the vibrating screen
The vibrating motor is the source of the vibrating force of the vibrating screen. The vibration motor drives two sets of vibration exciters installed on the screen frame to generate vibration through the flexible coupling. The vibration motor has an eccentric weight on the upper and lower sides of the vibration motor, also called an eccentric mass, and the shielding effect is basically achieved by the vibration motor. Adjust the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends. By adjusting the number of upper and lower eccentric blocks, the horizontal vibration amplitude and the vertical vibration amplitude of the screen surface can be controlled, thereby controlling the exciting force. The angle between the upper and lower eccentric blocks of the vibrating screen is what we often call the vibrating motor angle. By adjusting the angle of the vibrating screen motor, the running track of the screening material in the vibrating screen can be adjusted. Usually, the material is inside the vibrating screen. Speed of operation and propagation. After the material enters the material inlet from the vibrating screen, it will fall onto the screen and then spread to the surrounding area. The diffusion will gradually complete the screening process. The smaller the angle of the vibration motor, the faster the material will diffuse to the surrounding area. If you want to screen the material in the vibrating screen for a period of time to improve the screening accuracy and further improve the screening effect, you can achieve this by lowering the angle of the vibrating screen a bit.
2. The inclination angle of the screen surface of the vibrating screen
The angle between the screen surface of the vibrating screen and the horizontal direction is called the inclination angle of the vibrating screen. The influence of the inclination angle of the screen surface on the screen hole size is relatively easy to understand. The inclination of the screen surface is large, and the time for the material to stay on the screen surface is short, so it is easy to discharge the screen material, and the processing capacity per unit time is large, but the speed of the screen is very high. The layer of material moving forward on the screen surface is fast, reducing the chance of particle penetration and reducing the efficiency of screening, which means that it is not easy to screen and clean. On the contrary, the smaller the inclination angle of the vibrating screen, the longer the material stays on the surface of the screen. Although the processing volume becomes smaller, the material has more chances to pass through the sieve, so the sieving consumption will increase. In the actual production process, we can control the tilt angle of the screen surface according to the specific characteristics of the material. Generally, the angle of the screen surface is about 15-25°. For high-viscosity or other materials that are not easy to screen, we can appropriately reduce the screen inclination angle of the vibrating screen to improve the screening accuracy.
Vibrating screen installation angle requirements
1. Generally speaking, without any special circumstances, the angle between the eccentric blocks of the vibration motor of the vibration screening machine is 45° when it leaves the factory.
2. The material of the linear vibrating screen machine moves linearly on the appearance of the screen. The skewness that the linear screen machine will have is based on the flow of stones in the screen. The angle between the screen and the degree surface is usually less than 15°, and the material can be processed. Screen and add skewness, but it should not exceed 25°. Linear screen machinery also needs to keep the bracket on the ground, so as not to stop moving during operation.
3. The skew angle of the discharge end of the dewatering vibrating screen is 5-10°.
