1. Use bearings with higher precision
The vibration produced during the operation of the bearing includes two aspects: one is the structure, the rolling elements cause a small change in the position of the axis through the compound action, which causes vibration; the other is the manufacturing, the rolling elements, inner and outer rings, The geometric error of the cage after rolling will cause vibration. Load, speed, lubrication and working clearance will affect the vibration of the bearing to varying degrees. Therefore, when selecting the bearing, it is necessary to meet the conditions of bearing life, and secondly, it is necessary to use smaller and higher-precision bearings as much as possible.
2. Polyurethane sieve plate replaces metal sieve plate
Because polyurethane material has small elastic modulus and large internal resistance, switching to polyurethane screen can effectively reduce noise. According to the information, as far as the screen itself is concerned, under the same excitation conditions, the noise of the polyurethane screen can be 15-20dB(A) lower than that of the ordinary metal screen. 3. Add constrained damping layer to the side plate of the screen box
The side plate and rear end plate of the screen box are all made of thin plates by welding or riveting. These large-area thin plates will radiate strong noise under the action of exciting force. The size of the radiated noise of the plate surface is related to the plate surface. The vibration speed is proportional to the square, and for this reason, constrained damping materials can be applied to the board surface to achieve the purpose of noise reduction.
4. Use flexible spoke gears instead
In the vibration process, gear noise is also a noise source that is worthy of attention due to the meshing of gears. Synchronous gears used in general vibrating screens work in a strong vibration environment. Because of the greater impact of biting and biting, the impact noise is also higher. Due to the large internal resistance and large elastic deformation of rubber, it can not only reduce the impact of biting and biting, but also absorb more vibration energy. 5. Use rubber springs instead
During the vibration, relative sliding occurs between the end of the spring and the support. The vibrating screen has an inlet chute and a discharging chute. The chute is welded with steel plates. The collision and friction of the material in the chute will also affect the noise of the vibrating screen. For this reason, rubber is laid on the inner wall of the feeding and discharging chute. The liner can also reduce the noise of the chute.
7. Regularly check the looseness of equipment parts
Attention should be paid to whether the noise is caused by the loosening of equipment parts. Therefore, to reduce the noise, all parts on the vibrating screen must be tightened first, especially the screen plate that needs to be replaced frequently, to avoid additional vibration caused by the loosening of individual parts.
